Hyatt Hotel Corporation announced yesterday (Oct. 27) the opening of the first Andaz hotel in Hong Kong, expected to open in 2027 as part of the Central Crossing development on Wellington Street.
With grand anticipation for what one of Central’s longest-running construction projects could possibly turn into, the mixed-use Central Crossing development will house Andaz Hong Kong Central and commercial offices.
Andaz Hong Kong Central is expected to host 125 guestrooms and suites, an all-day restaurant, fitness centre, and the world-first Andaz Village retail hub.
“Andaz hotels are grounded in their local surroundings and infused with local culture. The brand’s personalised, attentive service empowers guests to explore, leaving them enriched and energized,” reads a press release announcing the hotel opening in two years’ time.
