This year, Quiero Más is hosting the Fiesta Del Alva New Year’s Eve Ball, sharing a moment to revel in Spanish traditions and food on the last day of 2025. Kick off the moment with a six-course menu earlier in the night, with special dishes like Wagyu beef carpaccio, Spanish red prawn ajilo, and sesame-glazed black cod coming to the table. Their rooftop countdown party brings DJ Paul Micheal and a live flamenco dancer to the stage with free-flow drinks available from 10:30PM till 1:30AM. Guests are recommended to follow the glamorous and glitzy dress code.
The dinner features two seating runs, beginning at 6PM and 8:30PM, with options to purchase a combined dinner and party ticket below.

2. The Bayside

The Bayside is hosting their Bond Royale New Year’s Ball this year for a night of Bond-like thrill and coolness. Free-flow drinks will be available from 8:30PM till 1:30AM with nibbles available to pick at, including mini pizza, shrimp cake, and chicken skewers. From 8:30PM till 11PM, a buffet dinner will arrive to feed guests with energy to party all night, featuring Tuscan prawns, Thai ginger chicken, and dry-aged rib eye steak. Just after the clock strikes midnight, guests will have the chance to snack on their breakfast buffet from 1AM with scrambled eggs, hash browns, grilled sausages, pastries, and hot beverages.

3. aqua

An almost quintessential fixture of any New Year’s Eve in Hong Kong, aqua is back with their wicked celebrations. Beginning with a curated New Year’s Eve dinner, guests can enjoy a menu built for a king, including starters botan ebi sashimi with ponzu crystal, Hokkaido scallop with uni, and Bluefin tuna sashimi, and then feast on homemade Italian cappelletti with red prawn, and caviar and grilled wagyu beef sirloin. 4. The Dispensary

Right in the middle of Tai Kwun, secretive The Dispensary bar is hosting a vibrant New Year’s Eve Party on the 31st with a night of electric DJ beats, surprise countdown performances, and free flow Veuve Clicquot, and two cocktails per person from the bar’s signature collection of East-meets-West cocktails, inspired by natural remedies. Inside the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, The Aubrey, with its fanciful Japanese aura, is ringing in 2026 in luxury. At the W Hong Kong this year, WOOBAR and WETDECK are hosting a New Year’s Eve party starting off with great bites and ending with great music and drinks. The Extremely WOW Countdown Party begins with a semi-buffet including Champagne, house wine, and house spirits at WOOBAR from 7PM, before the countdown party kicks off at 10PM at WETDECK. 8. Artemis & Apollo

Artemis & Apollo returns with its classic Greek Wine Orgy dinner party this New Year’s Eve to celebrate the last night of this year. Dining and wining in the style of the greeks, the menu consists of mezzes, namely the hummus, taramasalata, prawn safanaki, and more, a choice of chicken souvlaki or lamb kleftiko, and unlimited loukoumades. An entry to the dinner party includes free-flow house wines and ouzo.

9. Babette

For a cosy meal to close up 2025, Babette is hosting a New Year’s Eve dinner with four courses touching the heart and soul. Beginning with a salade de crabe with salmon roe and almond cream and oeuf parfait with porcini mushrooms and fresh winter black truffle. The main, a filet de boeuf is paired up with silky brown onion purée and glazed carrots, before a marbré pralin marble cake ends your meal, and year, with sweetness.

10. Salisterra

With a quality view from the 49th floor in Admiralty, Salisterra offers extra pizazz when dining on Dec. 31. For their four- and six-course dinner menu, served at 6PM and 8:30PM respectively, the former begins with the scallops, sea urchin with saffron custard, a signature Tourdeos Rossini roast beef fillet, and a bombe Alaska for dessert. If you want to continue the night drinking, head to the restaurant’s bar Green Room from 10PM for a free-flow of nibbles, Champagne, and wines.

11. Wooloomoolooo Prime

Wooloomooloo Prime is serving not just quality beef on their New Year’s Eve dinner menus, but a beautiful view from their Tsim Sha Tsui location. The four-course menu includes a pick of amuse bouche and appetisers from lobster bisque, bone marrow, smoked salmon, and carpaccio. The main course consists of six choices, from duck wellington, slow cooked beef cheek, and a 200-day grilled ribeye 10oz, with dessert a choice between red wine pear or hazelnut cheesecake. A three-glass wine pairing can be added on for HKD300.
