Back by popular demand, Stazione Novella, Black Sheep Restaurants’ vibey Italian wine bar, has returned to its rightful place on the corner of Staunton and Aberdeen streets.

The Soho watering hole, which debuted a decade ago and closed temporarily earlier this year, is inspired by the traditional wine bars of Florence.

Over the course of 2025 during Stazione Novella’s hiatus, the Staunton Street address has seen a slew of short-term Black Sheep concepts, from the Thai BAAN BAAN pop-up to the space’s latest iteration as Looseys, inspired by the bodegas of the Big Apple.

The new-and-improved Stazione Novella has reopened with a refreshed look, but it still serves up the best spritz (from HKD88 each) selection in town. The spot’s daily aperitivo hour from 5–7PM, featuring complimentary unlimited antipasti with the purchase of a drink, can’t be beat.
