Truffle-scented à-la-carte dishes up for ordering at the Sai Ying Pun Italian restaurant include starters of Japanese liquid scrambled egg with Parmigiano-Reggiano and Alba white truffle (HKD680) and pumpkin cream 63°C slow-cooked egg with Avezzano potato and Alba white truffle (HKD680).

Who doesn’t love a pasta dish with truffle shaved generously atop? At LucAle this season, you can take your pick between the homemade tagliolini with Alba white truffle (HKD680) and XL ricotta-stuffed ravioli mascarpone and liquid egg yolk with pea cream and Alba white truffle (HKD680).

Those who really want to push the truffled boat out can opt for the 1kg Rangers Valley OP rib steak (HKD1,980) embellished with a whopping five grams of Alba white truffle.
