2. Feather & Bone
The hearty meat-focused restaurant chain Feather & Bone is back this Thanksgiving for a three-course lunch and dinner menu featuring all the classics for one to enjoy. Kicking the festivities off with a roasted pumpkin velouté appetiser, the main course features a pick of traditional roast turkey, Atlantic salmon fillet, or grass-fed beef bourguignon, all served with stuffing and gravy. Black Sheep’s starry Argentinian restaurant Buenos Aires Polo Club is hosting a one-night-only Thanksgiving feast in typical South American style! The nine-dish-strong menu is grand, beginning with mushroom soup, before diving straight into the main action: roasted turkey with roasted garlic mash, brussel sprouts, honey dill carrots, provoletta mac n’ cheese, chestnut sausage stuffing, and green bean casserole. If you can handle more after, make sure to save space for their pumpkin pie!

Brasserie on the Eighth at the Conrad Hong Kong follows the hotel route this Thanksgiving with a refined and upgraded version of the typical family meal. What begins with baked oysters rockefeller is followed by a classic cream of pumpkin with seared cuttlefish.
