With the season of popped corks and clinked glasses in mind, The Lounge at New World Millennium Hong Kong in Tsim Sha Tsui has launched several wine and champagne flights that are worthy of toasting to.
Alongside The Lounge’s showpiece two-storey glass wine cellar with its very own name, Vin et Vin, guests can partake in the seasonal wine flight (HKD498) this December, which highlights three renowned family-owned French estates.
The flight kicks off with a glass of bubbly Rogerie Héroïne Blanc de Blancs Avize Grand Cru 2015, followed by the white Benjamin Leroux Auxey-Duresses Blanc 2022 and red Domaine Audiffred Vosne-Romanée 2022. Guests can select their favourite of the wine trio to savour for their fourth and final glass of the flight.
A fun flight option is the mystery wine flight (HKD218), which tasks guests to put their wine knowledge to the test; if drinkers can guess the grape variety, region, and vintage of each of three surprise wines, the flight is on the house!
For a spot of true holiday decadence, we recommend the Bubbles & Pearls (HKD880) champagne and caviar experience, available until Jan. 31, 2026. From Vin et Vin’s collection of 50 labels of grower champagne, two standout pours are featured: Diebolt‑Vallois Blanc de Blancs Brut NV and Françoise Bedel L’Âme de la Terre Extra Brut 2008, which was disgorged in 2024.
Should you wish to indulge in some holiday snacking, The Lounge is also offering the festive canapé set (HKD480) of tuna tartare in sesame cone, pan‑fried Japanese A4 Wagyu beef, and scrambled egg with Ibérico ham éclair.
