Fine-dining restaurant group JIA Group are bringing together six of their chefs for a night of dining to fundraise for the Hong Kong Red Cross to support the victims of the Wang Fuk Court fire in Tai Po.

On Dec. 9 6PM, Louise will host chef Loic Portalier, chef Agustin Balbi of Ando, chef Ricardo Chaneton of Mono, chef Antimo Merone of Estro, chef Manav Tuli of Leela, and chef Antonio Oviedo of 22 Ships to craft a seven-course dinner, featuring “an exclusive selection of rare wines available by the bottle”.

The dinner is priced at HKD3,888 per person, with all proceeds from the dinner going to the Hong Kong Red Cross.

The dinner begins with purple corn infladita, Galician oyster, and spicy corn tart designed by Mono, 22 Ships, and Louise respectively, before a sea bream dish by Louise, Ajoblanco red tuna by 22 Ships, and mushrooms essence by Ando is served. A langoustine dish made by Mono follows, before a Konkani cod fish curry by Leela and yellow chicken dish by Estro finalises the mains section.

Desserts include a chocolate creation by Louise and bergamot tart, Catalina bocadito, and masala chai tartelette by Astro, Ando, and Leela.
